  1. Demonstrate understanding of the anatomic considerations that contraindicate cricothyrotomy in children.
  2. Demonstrate understanding of indications for urgent needle tracheostomy.
  3. Obtain all necessary materials required for the procedure.
  4. Successfully perform a needle tracheostomy with an angiocatheter.
